Gym Progress
Winter is officially over thank god. Winter made me a skinny asian again, lost so much fat and muscle it wasn’t funny. A figure of my former self.
many weeks of gym, I have now gained most of my strength back in gym. Even made a few personal bests-
I have actually gained more strength and mass in areas I wanted to improve on back then which is good, I am aiming to get more mass on, then get lean just in time for summer. I’m going to japan in about two weeks so that’ll set me back too! I’ll make sure i do some maintenance sit ups and push ups, maybe some suit case squats. haha
I’ve been trying to put as much carbs in as possible, but still my fast metabolism means i’m still at 12% body fat… Gotta eat more!
Instead of the usual back and deadlift session, I dedicated one day for deadlifts. I hit my personal bests, I did like 2 reps of 110 kg, which is like awesome for me, I only weigh 65kg…
Felt good. I had mass soreness for two days, my back and hamstrings especially…. too good. Can’t wait to do it again. But can’t neglect other stuff- :D
Still looking a bit skinny, but i am getting there to where i need to be :)
